Butternut Squash Kugel

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups cooked butternut squash (you can use frozen as well)
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. 1 cup sugar (you can use less if you want it less sweet)
  4. 2 Tbsp softened margarine
  5. 4 eggs
  6. 1/4 cup soy/rice milk or you can use orange/apple juice
  7. sprinkle top with cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together (with a hand mixer) until smooth.
  2. Bake at 350F until slightly brown on top
